About Us
The Volunteer Inn is a typical
17th century building, standing at the lower end of Chipping
Campden's historic High Street. Named "The Volunteer" in the
mid 1800's, because local men used it to 'sign on' for
volunteer armies. |
The Volunteer Inn's friendly and welcoming atmosphere
attracts locals, tourists, ramblers, cyclists, business
people and families alike. |
We serve a wide variety of
refreshments, as well as English or Indian dishes from our
menu and provide comfortable and affordable accommodation
for our guests. |
